The CanJoe Company is the authentic provider of the original one-stringed canjo (or canjoe) instrument. Herschel R. Brown the instrument's official creator, introduced one of his to the man now known world-wide as "CanJoe*John". Herschel helped the CanJoe Company of Blountville, TN become established in 1994.
